Graduates of an Associate Degree in Health Science Programmes hold positions in various different capacities in a wide range of industries. To name just a few, graduates hold worksite wellness, teaching, health communications, dental hygienist, medical technician, : Health Education, Social Work, Management in Health Services, Medical Technology, Radiography, Medical Representative, Nutritionist, Dietician, Physiotherapy, Nursing and counselling positions.
The Associate Degree can be used as an entry level position within the allied health science profession. These jobs, as well as most other careers in the healthcare industry, require more extensive and focused training than an Associate Degree in Health Science program provides.
