The Registrar Office is at the heart of the College and works to ensure that Sigma meets the highest standards of quality across all levels of the academic portfolio. Bringing together all student facing services to support the administrative and learning experience of students, we deliver agile, effective and efficient services to support the registration, enrolment, assessment, progression and graduation of all students.
Application and Registration
You are advised to carefully review and select a course of study based on your desired goals, aptitude and current matriculation. Details about the courses offered can be found Here.
Complete the application form along with other documentary evidence and send it by
post, to:

Once we have received all the necessary documentary evidence, each application will
be considered and you will be contacted to attend an interview with The Executive
Director,
Academic Dean, Head of Nursing Programmes and the Head of Human Resources.
The applicant will be informed at the end of the interview if he/she was
successful for
the course he/she has applied for, and he/she will be given an acceptance letter
along with payment details and uniform
pattern.
The applicant is required to return a copy of the bank voucher as proof of payment
and complete and sign the registration form.

- Official Transcript- within 3 days

- Official Transcript- within 24 hours
- JMD$3,000/USD$30*
** Each additional copy when requested at the same time: JMD$1000/USD$10.
* At the discretion of the Registrar’s office, and if it is feasible. You must receive confirmation of the availability of this service BEFORE payment is made.
How to request a transcript or other documents?
- Option 1: Apply in person
- Please complete a transcript request form at the reception area along with your payment.
- Option 2: Telephone/Email/Fax
- Initial telephone/fax and email requests must be followed up with a completed form and payment at the reception area within 2 days.
Our administrative staff will provide details re
the cost for delivery of transcripts etc. Initial requests must be sent to
admin@sigma.edu.jm.
The following information is required:
- name under which you were registered
- date of birth
- the programme you pursued at this institution
- present address and contact number
- the year you started and the year of completion
- the address where the transcript is to be sent.

Disclaimer: Sigma College may accept transfer credits from similar programmes facilitated by licensed institutions. However, we cannot guarantee that our credits will transfer to another school. Students are advised to check with the receiving school before assuming any or all credits will be transferable.
